why us

Lou & Meg.png

Plan to Flourish is the epic collaboration of Lou from Plan + Do HQ, a strategist and business manager, and Meg from Socially Flourished, a social media manager. We met in 2023 at a customer journey workshop... and after meeting up to talk about the lack of action taking that happens in workshops, we decided it was time to make it easy for business owners to not only plan but also create content that speaks to their ideal customer.

Three sold out workshops later and Plan to Flourish was born to break down our signature workshop to create greater action for each business owner.

So who are we?

Lou is the Plan and an experienced strategist and business manager, who has inspired and supported over 120 business in 5 short years, to move the needle on their business success.

Meg is the Flourish and has over 10 years experience in managing social media for businesses, including building a previous business of hers to 6 figures. From the days of Snapchat to the increase in Instagram dominance, Meg knows where your ideal customer is hanging out and how to create the visuals that stops them in their tracks.
